Preparation of Overall Layout of Substation and detailed layout of individual buildings in substation.
Preparation of plant’s AC/DC SLDs and LV and MV cable sizing calculations for 380kV substations
Calculations for sizing electrical equipment like plant’s battery banks, chargers, CT/VTs and plant’s auxiliary transformer for 380/132/33kV Substations.
Evaluation of vendor drawings/schematics in line with project technical specifications and international standards
Design of plant’s grounding system, shielding & Plant’s Indoor/Outdoor Lighting System

For protection design, we provide following major services

Designed EHV substations with respect to the SOW and Specifications considering pre-bid and post-bid clarifications of National Grid/ WAPDA/ DEWA/ Saudi Electricity Company etc.
EHV designs and technical services for the analysis, specification and application of protective relaying, control systems and equipment monitoring for transmission and distribution networks.
Relay Setting Calculations and Configurations for transmission lines, distribution feeders, Power transformers etc.
Design of new-build and brown-field substation protection and control systems up to 380kV, providing CAD drawings including Single Line, AC/DC elementary, Interlock logic, Relay Metering etc.
Protection schemes as per International standards IEC, ANSI & SEC Standard.
Review and validation of primary equipment, 33/13.8kV/415V Switchgears, Cables, Battery Banks, 380/132/33/13.8kV Transformers, Control Panels, Tap Changers, Generators and Fault Recorders etc.
Interfacing of complete system of protection panels, capacitor banks, switching schemes, Control cable schedule & BOQ. Performed site visits to collect and validate existing drawings.
Provide technical assistance to field engineers during construction, site installation and commissioning by clearing the snags.
